What a Difference a Day Makes

“The Event was an outstanding success and will be hard to surpass next year, the delegate feedback has been glowing!” The employees were split into 32 teams, each made up of members from around the globe. Prior to the event they were set the task of developing a website that formed the basis or their understanding of the Marconi Way. The completed sites where on display at the live orientation event where they were marked by a panel of judges.

An interactive quiz system was developed for the live event. Due to the large number of contestants it was necessary to rotate the teams into the different lands, which was tightly controlled and managed automatically by the game.

The teams had to communicate using 64 supplied mobile phones, describing photographs, cryptic clues and sometimes having to translate questions that were written in Italian! The game lasted for 3 hours.
